Work-outs are definitely an important schedule of our day-to-day fitness schedules. However, there are certain food items which can help lose weight faster. Similarly, there are certain fat-releasing properties in calcium and dairy, vitamin C, protein which can gently shift the human body into a fat release mode.

Calcium and dairy

Moms generally have been pestering us to drink more milk to build-up adequate calcium content in the body. However, what they didn’t know was that it also helped in controlling hunger. Particularly, dairy sources of calcium have been more effective in releasing the fat from the body. The ingredients in dairy act in synergy with calcium to help the body shed excess fat.  A study done in 2010 revealed that drinking low-fat milk after one hour of work-out helped the body release fat quickly, improve the muscle strength and helped in bone strengthening by reduction of bone cell turnover.

Resveratrol is made of red grapes, mulberries and peanuts. The anti-oxidant present in this wine helps in dissolving the fat content in the human body.

Studies have revealed that bodies deficient in vitamin C, zinc, magnesium and vitamin E have been found to more obese with a higher ratio of body fat and belly fat. Cherries are the main and most liked fruit which has more vitamin C and anti-oxidant properties and helps in reducing body fat.
